Registration is now open for our 2018 Conference, which will be kindly hosted by the Institute of Physical Metallurgy and Metal Physics (IMM) at RWTH Aachen University.
Micro Materials Conferences are a unique opportunity to speak to and learn from our applications experts as well as our users from all over Europe, enabling you to expand your knowledge of nano-mechanical testing and get more out of your instrument.
Who should attend?
- anyone interested or involved in the study, development or research at the nanoscale of materials and coatings
- those interested in high temperature measurements – special session on measurements upto 950 degrees C
- prospective users who wish to discover more about how nanoindentation can assist them in their research and development
Thursday 13th December 2018 – afternoon workshop (start 14.15) for new users and those interested in updating their practical knowledge and learning about the latest product developments.
The workshop will include a Q&A session with experts covering the latest software developments, advanced calibration and data analysis. The conference dinner will be held on Thursday evening.

If you would like to submit a paper or poster contribution, please send your proposed title by 30th September to email@example.com. Oral presentations are 20 minutes in duration, including questions.
The event is free to attend and includes dinner on the 13th Dec. Accommodation booking information is on the registration form and further travel details will be supplied upon registration.
