2D & 3D Imaging
There are three imaging options available with the NanoTest:
1. Digital Zoom Microscopes
The customer may choose between a single objective and multiple objective optical microscope. The single objective microscope is supplied with two lenses which can be easily exchanged. Microscope can be used to:
View samples in order to target structures
View indentations
2. SPM Imaging
SPM imaging is offered in conjunction with the nanopositioning stage.
TaiCaan software is used to post-process images, enabling a wealth of information to be derived from the images.
The nanopositioning stage has a 200μm x 200μm scan range, ensuring adequate coverage for the imaging of scratch tracks.

3. AFM Imaging
A DME AFM may be added to the system if required.
A 50μm x 50μm or 200μm x 200μm scanner is available.
