| Registration: | Meeting registration will open in July 2009. Closing date for registration will be Oct 16th 2009. |
| Registration Fee: |
The meeting is free for delegates presenting a paper or poster, or those who register before Sept 30th. After Sept 30th registrations are subject to a fee of 50 Euro. |
| Conference Dinner: | This is will take place on the evening of Monday Nov 9th. All delegates are invited to attend, free of charge. |
| Accommodation: | Details will be provided to delegates on registration. |
| Travel: | Nearest airport: Prague
